The vast majority of Christians have been taught to observe Sunday as God’s holy day in honor of the fourth commandment—but is it right? This brief but thorough book examines Bible texts that refer to Sunday and whether those texts really make Sunday sacred.
- If Saturday is the Sabbath, why do most Christians keep Sunday?
- How can even we be sure of the right day?
- Does Jesus’ resurrection on Sunday mean Sunday is sacred?
- When did Sunday keeping begin? Did the apostles go to church on Sunday?

I am consistently impressed by AF learning experiences
The content of this lesson has motivated me to reflect on a number of religious 'habits' I hold on to from my upbringing. I was fortunate to be introduced to Christianity in my family of origin and to be baptized at an early age. But, like many other Christians, my relationship with God has not been the central part of my life. I'm working to change that. Thank you for the helpful guidance and on-point teachings from Pastor Doug and other AF teachers!
I like all the booklets I have from you.
I enjoy all your articles and your TV program
Does it really matter
not a christian because I go to church on wrong sabath.
Good for someone who already knows about
I really like these booklets. Sometimes more info can overwhelm a new Christian and I always pass what I get along to someone that matches the booklet that I get. They are perfect in size. It really goes a little further with what Saturday worship really means.
