When the intrepid team of missionary volunteers first arrived in Malamulo, they suddenly realized they no longer had access to the culinary luxuries of their home countries.
But after gathering together for meal after delicious meal, their worries were soon whisked away in an ocean of flavors and textures, as team members discovered creative ways to reinvent their best and healthiest dishes from every corner of the globe.
’Til We Eat Again has compiled all these savory recipes into one volume for two special reasons: to provide you a useful, adventurous, and healthy guide to better eating—and to raise funds for the mission work at Malamulo Hospital, which provides health care to families in one of the poorest regions in the world.
All of the recipes featured are vegetarian, and all of the ingredients are accessible locally. Some are well-known culinary classics, while others will surprise and delight you!
So enjoy attaining new and international culinary heights, and thank you on behalf of all the children and families who, because of this cookbook, can now afford quality medical treatment in a place where good health care is hard to come by.

Interesting
I was happy to see a recipe for bagels, anxious to try them. Our daughter was a missionary in Africa so I recognize some of the recipes.
Real quality cookbook, recipes excellent
This cookbook is beautifully designed with a nice hard back cover and great lay flat feature! Recipes are yummy! Buying several for gifts!
beautiful and edible!
We, the cooks at Malamulo, are so excited about how this book turned out. The pictures are gorgeous, and the recipes are all things we cook regularly. Enjoy eating with us :)
Wonderful!
As a missionary myself, I find this book very useful. It contains recipes with ingredients that are easily found even in low-resource areas of the world. So excited to see it on AF's shelves!
